Celebrity mom, host of NBC's The Biggest Loser, and Days of Our Lives star Alison Sweeney (Sami) has partnered with Crest Glide Floss to help Americans glide through tight spaces every day and to emphasize the importance of flossing.
"I am excited to be working with Crest Glide because I believe in the power of a brilliant smile and understand the importance of keeping my mouth healthy. I use Crest Glide because unlike regular floss, it slides easily in the tight spaces between my teeth to remove food particles and plaque which can lead to gingivitis or even a more serious form of gum disease if not treated," explains Alison in a press release.
Alison hosted a Crest Glide Tight Spaces Challenge event on Tuesday, November 10 in New York City to benefit Feeding America, the nations leading domestic hunger relief charity. Alison encouraged the crowd to show their prowess at sliding and gliding through a specially designed Tight Spaces obstacle course. The actress also ran through the obstacle course herself, as shown in the photo. For every person who participated in the challenge events, Crest Glide donated $1 to Feeding America.
On Saturday, November 21, Alison will be hosting another Tight Spaces Challenge in Los Angeles in the center court of Hollywood and Highland from noon until 4 p.m. Along with this event, Crest Glide is encouraging others to tweet about tight spaces on Twitter. Crest Glide will donate $1 to Feeding America for every person who tweets with the hashtag #GlideTightSpaces through December 31, 2009. Crest Glide will make a guaranteed donation of $20,000 to ensure families across America will have food on the table this holiday season.

Rafe gets the proof he needs and finally tells Sami that Sydney is her biological daughter, explaining the twisted baby switch. Sami of course is in total disbelief and feels betrayed by her "friend" Nicole. By week's end, Sami finds Nicole at the townhouse trying to take the $50,000 she was willing to give her. Will Nicole finally pay the price for her crimes? More spoilers for next week include:
- Chloe gets devastating news when she learns she has a 2% chance of ever getting pregnant.
- Arianna tells Brady the truth about her undercover drug dealing.
- Hope tells Bo she wants to work on their marriage and move back home, but he says no.
