Jensen Ackles Movie and Television Appearances Update

Former DAYS star Jensen Ackles has a new horror movie entitled My Bloody Valentine 3D, which will debut in theaters on Friday, January 16. As previously reported, the movie is a remake of the 1981 horror classic. Jensen stars as Tom Hanniger, who caused an coal mining accident ten years ago which resulted in the deaths of five people. The lone survivor, Harry Warden, went into a permanent coma and woke up one year later on Valentine’s Day. Harry went on a killing spree, murdering twenty-two people before being killed himself. Tom returns to his town of Harmony on Valentine’s Day still haunted by the deaths he caused. He struggles to make amends with his past while a killer is on the loose.

DAYS fans may recall that Daytime Emmy nominee Jensen Ackles portrayed Eric Brady from 1997 until 2000 and now stars on the hit CW series Supernatural, where he plays Dean Winchester.

Jensen will be appearing on the Jimmy Kimmel Live Show on Thursday, January 8 and on The Bonnie Hunt Show on Friday, January 9. Please check your local listings for channels and times.
