Nadia Bjorlin to Perform With Gloria Gaynor

Friday October 16, 2009

Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe) will perform a duet with Grammy-winning singer Gloria Gaynor for the very first time to perform "Tell Him," as Gloria takes the stage to celebrate the 30th anniversary of her 1979 disco hit "I Will Survive.".

The DAYS actress and classically-trained vocalist explains in a press release, "I was totally blown away when Ms. Gaynor asked me if I would perform with her! I'm a longtime fan of hers and it's an HONOR to be asked to sing with GLORIA GAYNOR!"

"Nadia Bjorlin is on my favorite daytime drama, Days of our Lives. I'm a huge fan of the show and of hers from her TV and film projects. We also share some of the same representation, so I asked her if she would want to perform a duet with me and she called me right away and said 'yes!!'," says Gloria in a press release.

The event entitled Legends: Gloria Gaynor will take place on Thursday, October 22 beginning at 8 p.m at the Grammy Museum, 800 W. Olympic Blvd. Suite A245 in Los Angeles. Tickets are $10, and $8 for Grammy Museum members. Call 1(800) 745-3000 or order them online at Ticketmaster.
