If you've been watching DAYS this past week, you've probably noticed that John Aniston (Victor) has been wearing sunglasses and a bandage on his forehead lately. We learned on the Friday, December 11 episode that he fell down while ice skating with his beautiful granddaughter Ciara. Vivian even joked that he was trying to be like Brian Boitano, the 1988 Olympic figure skating champion.
Many fans were left wondering what kind of accident Victor's portrayer had. According to Soap Opera Digest, John Aniston fell down the stairs wearing flip flops. The actor quotes to Digest, A dog, some Milkbones, a pair of flip flops and some stairs ... THAT's what happened!"
Of course we are sorry he had an accident and fell down the stairs, but many of us can't help but chuckle when Victor wears those sunglasses, especially around Vivian. Best wishes to John Aniston for a speedy recovery!

has anyone figured out why Anna is the one who kidnapped Sydney? Does she want money from the Dimeras because Tony is deceased and she feels they owe her?

I’ve watched “Days” since the very first day of its program, way back in 1965. It’s very interesting to watch how the characters evolve, even when “John & Marlena” and “Steve & Kayla” were released!! Sad days indeed!
After seeing “Victor” in sunglasses, my first thought was, “BERNIE!!” as in “Weekend with Bernie” & I could hardly stop laughing! Such a resemblance! I’m younger than John Anniston, but I still wouldn’t go down ANY stairs wearing flip-flops, especially if there’s a dog in the house!
Here’s hoping he has a speedy “recovery” of the trip-up!
I am thinking Anna took Sydney because in short – she’s pissed @ the Dimeras. They way EJ & Stefano treated Tony was diplorable. They took away someone she loved so now she’s probably thinking they don’t deserve to have Sydney – so she’s taking away someone they love to hurt them back.

Yup, Anna is mad at the Dimeras for Tony’s dying . So she’s getting them back. I love Anna, Leann Hunley. SHe is great and I hate to see her playing a bad girl – she has a great sense of humor when she was playing Tony’s wife.
As for John, I’m glad to hear his injuries were not serious – I love his sarcastic remarks on the show – they give me a giggle!
