While his Days of Our Lives character, Will Horton, is slated to come out of the closet over the next few months, actor Chandler Massey is gearing up for another love story on the big film screen. He'll star in the romantic comedy 16-Love, which is set for theatrical release in January 2012.
From the writer of A Cinderella Story, the movie stars Lindsey Shaw (Paige, Pretty Little Liars) as Ally Mash, the number one junior tennis player in the country, who gets sidelined by an injury. In the process, she discovers the teenage life she never got to live and falls in love with Massey's Farrell Gambles, a rookie player she coaches.
The movie also features former daytime star Keith Coulouris (ex-Keith, One Life to Live; ex-David/Reid, As the World Turns). He plays Paige's overbearing father, Dave Mash.

the new writers have ruined the show. it is not worth watching
any more. the story lines are no good, making Will gay is a big
mistake. he was better with Gabby. Making John a thief is also
bad, he had millions. the show is bad so I don’t even record it
any more, I don’t care if I miss it. I used to watch every day but
not now. I don’t watch it for days.

I like Chandler Massey. He is so under rated. He has the makings of one hell of a powerful actor underneath his casual exterior. He can play hetero or gay and do both with ease.
And, let’s not make this another thread of gay bashing like the one where it is announced Will is gay. We’ve heard more than enough of haters, prejudicial people and closed narrow minds. Let’s just be happy for someone for a change.

Regardless of whether one is for or against Will’s future sexual life, there has been enough debate about it…. The script is what it is and scripts are made out months in advance. I’m personally making this a non-issue in my comments.
I think the new storylines are great. I have been watching this show for over 40 years. ( I used to watch it with my mother when I was young, because that’s what she was watching.) I do think the stories were getting a bit ho-hum, but the past few weeks have really come alive. So that is really good to see.
I hope Jennifer picks Daniel, though. EJ & Nicole work quite well together, too. The storyline with John & Marlena is riveting, up to a point. It’s so nice to see all the characters having story at the moment, instead of just 1 or 2 couples. Keep up the good writing.
What are you doing! Why do you want to make him GAY. At his age there lots of other story lines you could come up with. He’s great with Gabi and why put her thru this disappointment.

If Will were straight, he might get Gaby pregnant, which would make Sammie a grandma, Lucas a grandpa, Marlena and Kate great-grandmas, Roman a great-grandpa, and Caroline a great-great-grandma, and that would never do!

I have been watching DOOL for 40 years, some story lines have been good and some very bad, this is one of the bad ones. I think this one about Will is awful. I know this is a part of life but I for one have no interest in watching it. You had a good story line with Gabi, what is the point of turning it around?
Let’s be glad there are new writers who are giving us storylines that are more interesting. It’s ok to make Wil gay…there arewonderful gay people in our world. Still hoping for Sami and EJ and I like Jennifer with Daniel. He is a much better actor with her, and his calmed down sexiness is actually sexier! Let’s also be glad that Days is still on the air. Wouldn’t it be a sorry day if there were no more Days?

I like will the way he was. Gabi will be hurt over this. So dose any one think will is gay in real life? I cannot tell. he is a HUNK. I am said to see this happen. But I am days fan from the very first show back in 1960 when it started. yes I am that old.

I just don’t understand this storyline with John. There is no reference of him being a Dimera. No reference of Brady being a Dimera. What gives??? EJ already admitted to his father about all his devious plot to ruin John. I just don’t get it when they always talk about “family”.
Stefanos father had an affair w/a woman who was in the nunery, Shawn Bradys older sis, him & Stefano, were just little boys. She got pregnant, w/John, gave him up, thats how John is a Dimera. As for the storyline so far, U GO DAYS!!!! 30 YR FAN

For those that complain about Will coming out, and want him to stay with Gabi. Isn’t that just repeating the same storyline over and over, for the millionth time.
At least they are trying something new. The storyline has been excellent so far. A little long to develop.
