The show was fabulous today, and I’m so glad to see EJ and Sami still have the incredible chemistry they always have! Can’t wait to see the fallout from these scenes today. And I don’t think Sami and EJ will be able to get the each other out of their heads. Plus, Sami’s going to go on a journey now. Can’t wait for her to recover and own her Sami Jean. About time to toss off the boring cloak of The Stepford Wife. It’s really not you!

Oh, it’s the only reason I started consistently watching the show to begin with! I love EJami. EJ and Sami belong together. I never have said that about any couple other than Catherine and Heathcliff from Wuthering Heights. The chemistry between Alison Sweeney and James Scott is unmatched by any other two actors on screen. Anyone who can’t see that needs to go see a doctor and get a CT scan pronto!
EJ doesn’t love Nicole, he has never uttered the words “I love you” to her and meant it. Nicole belongs with Brady. Brady loves her unconditionally, but they never had the chance just like EJ and Sami have never had the chance. Ari Zucker, who plays Nicole, doesn’t think EJ and Nicole are right for each other.
OMG my novenas have been answered!!!!! I love ej and sami together, alway have’ always will. They are the reason I came back to Days after a long absence, and they are the main reason I stay glued. I have never been able to understand why the writers work so hard to keep them apart when they coud be the next Luke and Laura. Waited a very, very long time for this. Thanks, writers!!!
WOW was what I think everyone thought on the Promo, However it was better than that..Days needs to have a Power Couple for this generation in the 80s and 90s we had two Bo and Hope, everyone tuned in and John and Marlena..I had stopped watching until I saw James and Ali (until the Promo)and what a scene..Everything has now been dealt with the past pains, hurts, anger, most would they just had Sex personally it runs deeper than that..The writers can really now run with this..Sami and EJ might not end up together but lets get them in the same room again..EJAMI FOREVER

This was one of the best episodes in years. If people can’t get over some badly written stories regarding EJ and Sami, they shouldn’t be watching soaps. Go watch Lifetime or some other bland crap. Alison Sweeney and James Scott have chemistry that every other TV couples wishes they had and maybe Days is finally going to capitalize on that.
Sorry this episode wouldn’t watch. Sami becoming something she has never been a cheater. The Writers totally destroyed her character. I am completely appalled by this. Sami sleeping with her rapist and same man that put a complete stranger in her house with her kids just to torment her. Sick Sick Sick. Is all I can say. Couldn’t pay me enough money in the world to watch that crap. Ej truly loves Nicole and he has said it and ment it. Sami truly loves Rafe and were married for the writers to turn her into a cheater is so wrong. I will not condone Sami cheating on her husband and I will not give Days any ratings by watching it.
Hey Cinammon – Sami was also never a bore, which is what she became the minute she got involved with Rafe and became Marlena Jr. Sami was also never a murderer until she tried to kill EJ last year but I’m sure you’re OK with that because it fits your agenda. Screwed up Sami Brady is back and I’m happy as hell about it!
I thought with the reset and Sami having a job we were done with the depressing Sami and Rafe story lines. I don’t know why she has to be dragged down and made to be unworthy of love by this out of character action. She could be a corporate schemer against Kate, fun and meddlesome driving Rafe crazy with her antics instead. The show needs viewers to have some humor with their drama and Sami could have brought devilish delight. Now we are trapped in another sad tale of woe. Blech! Ej and Nicole needed their own story as a high powered couple being underhanded in their dealings. Both couples could have sexy, smart and exciting stories rather than the dragged out downer we’re stuck with.
I understand they wanted to give weight to Will’s story, but I think in the process they sacrificed these characters to poor plot point writing.

EJ & SAMI belong together and were meant for each other and meant to be together! (She’s like a dull, wet, needy, pathetic, and extremely boring robot and fake with Rafe. Ugghh! Nicole is like a pathetic, needy, doormat and bore with EJ. It’s horrible. They’ve got absolute no chemistry together at all, serve no point or purpose together at all, its just like there’s nothing else left in town so…I’ll just use you, you’ll do whatever. They suck so bad together, its like just cheap altogether. They’re such a drag and bore. They bring absolutely NOTHING to the table or the show at all, they’re just as dull and boring and make absolutely no sense together at all just like Sami with Rafe doesn’t make a bit of sense and is extremely dull, pointless, and boring. I am so grateful that i read spoilers because knowing what was coming up between Sami and Ej , i didn’t have to watch such a disgusting scene.As a days watcher for over 35 years i am appalled at what the writers are doing to this show. The writers are ruining the character of Sami, they are writing her out of character, she was never a cheater. Fantastic writing! Never thought EJ raped Sami anyway – did you see the scene back then? Sami used sex to get what she wanted just like she always does. She had options – EJ didn’t force her. Rafe and Sami had a beautiful love store, they didn’t rape each other, kidnap there children, shoot each other, make clowns of one other, set there father-in-law up for a prison time, this is wrong on every level, they can’t make it right, the damage it done.
I have been a loyal viewer for 46 years and they lost me with this stupid S/L, Ej’s character has never brought ratings, and this proves it again, they when going to cancel the show in 08 until they brought Rafe on and the ratings shot up.

I love how Sami repeated Marlena’s ‘mistake’. I know it’s not the exact same, but I think a lot of the feelings are there. I hated Marlena & John, thinking she belonged with Roman – but I think Sami belongs with EJ, so it’s giving me a new point of view on Marlena’s past too. I think this was a perfect and beautifully brillant twist that (hopefully) should lead to Sami with EJ just as it led to Marlena with John.

EJ has abused Sami and her family for years. He thinks his son was abducted, missing and possibly killed and gets an erection. Yeah, thats believable. Sami turns to someone she only months ago shot in the head and has already been raped by this guy. Yeah, thats believable.
I just can’t wait for the ratings to show how stupid this is and how the writers need to put the crackpipe down and start staying sober while they write.

Absolutely hate EJ and Sami will a passion. Will never combine their names because to make them a couple would be a disgrace to the show which is about family, love and romance. SAmi mayhave done bad things in the past but she was never evil like EJ. Who cares if he raped her. Sami deserves better. EJ doesn’t even deserve those children. This is sick and they’ve ruined Sami with this. Not only will she lose the one good quality about her that she has never cheated but she will lose the respect of her Son and the character will lose the respect of the fans who still actually like her.

The only thing that should come out of this story is that Sami should have a mental break, Laura Horton style, and get checked into a mental clinic where they hopefully find her brain.
Words journalist have used to describe the ejami sex are horrific, disgusting, sad, horrendous, just to name a few. These words should never be used to discuss any “coupling” on Days of our lives. ejami is the main reason the show has been on a downward slope since the character arrived in salem.
Shame on the writers. The only saving grace is that the scene is poorly received by the general audience.
Someone said, EJ and Sami were the perfect match. I laugh so hard when i read that non-sense. Maybe if you like violence, rape, manipulation and that kind of thing then that’s a perfect match. But, the writers promised us something different because the ratings are down so low the show will be cancelled just like the rest of them. The fans unfortunately have to endure too much doom and gloom from the hands of DH and now it’s much the same. Even worse. Back in the 80’s we had adventure and romance, won Emmy’s and had the best storylines ever. This junk is just that junk. Not in the least romantic or even a hint of something good for them in the future. If you are a safe fan then i’m sure you guys will be upset since Rafe did nothing to deserve this. This show continues to go down hill, what is wrong with these writers. Haven’t they learned by now that Ej and Sami doesn’t do anything for this show. Who wants to watch a rapist with their victim, time and time again . The writers need to stop trying to please a certain fanbase and start writing some good storylines and stop trying to force Ej and Sami on us, it isn’t working.
My daughter in law recently convinced me to come back to Days of Our Lives after not having watched in quite a few years. I had heard that there were new writers that promised romance and family. So I got sucked back in….only to find out Id been duped! What happened between the characters of Sami and EJ was degrading! It made NO sense and came out of the blue. Sex with a man who has hurt you and everyone you love in every way imagineable? Not believable and an insult to long time days viewers. I’ll go back to NOT watching, thank you
I completely get that soaps tear couples apart and have all sorts of angst. I get it. But this is not angst for safe. This is disgusting. For someone to find this moment…(and it was just that) in any way sexy is unreal!!! Don’t you want more for you fave character or actor???? This romp sucked for every fanbase out there. It was sad and creepy and gross. Also, completely unbelievable that in the midst of thinking you’d lost your child you’d want to screw. and screw the man that you despise? I support Ali and Galen wholeheartedly with or without SAFE. But I think this is a terrible mistake on the writers part. Completely ASIDE from the safe pairing.

Sami KNOWS EJ and KNOWS everything about him! She makes him want to be a better man, but be himself at the same time. She just doesn’t want him being the puppet of his father, she wants him to strive for and be his own man and lead his own way. She knows all about him, his ways, and what he’s capable of because she’s done it too and worse. But she wants him to be him and a strong him, not let his father and the name control him…but he control it and his father, and she’s also not going to put up with his bull, she’ll challenge him and push back; and he’s not going to put up with her bull as well, he challenges her and pushes back. They teach each other and they learn from each other, and they grow together! They’re just the epitome of a soap supercouple and everything they should be! EJ & SAMI are amazingly fantastic together!
And EJ makes Sami a strong, fierce, and independent WOMAN, not some little whinny, needy, weak, and pathetic little girl looking for some fake and wanna-be goody-goody cheap hero complex guy to save her all the time. THAT’S NOT SAMI AT ALL!!! EJ makes Sami so strong, confident, sexy, fierce, powerful, fun, and independent. She’s absolutely incredible and awesome when she’s with EJ! And she gets to be the REAL Sami! She gets to be her REAL & TRUE self with EJ! She doesn’t have to fake and be something and things that she’s not! She can be REAL & TRUE Sami Brady (that HER fans know and love) with EJ!
And EJ can be himself, the REAL & TRUE him, with Sami! He can be fun and grey, loving, caring, romantic, strong, fierce, smart, and in-control with Sami! He doesn’t have to just be the dark DiMera persona all the time, and take orders from his father or put up with his father’s crap, and follow his father’s orders and what not in order to get his love and acceptance.

That was really painful to watch…I had to fast forward thru most of it.
How unrealistic and stupid! I’ve watched for over 30 years and this is the worst writing I’ve seen.
Sami will stand beside EJ and fight with and for him against Stefano and anyone else who dares try to control him or tell him what to do. Sami will take someone down and out for EJ. She won’t let people run over him or try to control his thoughts, his mind, his actions or him in general. She’ll stand in front of EJ and she’ll take that person all the way down for him. Nicole does nothing but cowards away and slinks behind him and just allows him to spiral out of control, and she cowards to Stefano and just follows anything he says and any treatment towards her from them.
Sami on the other hand stands-up and let’s Stefano know that she’s Mrs. DiMera, that she’s the one that he wanted in control of the family and by EJ’s side, but she’s not going to be or do it the way he wants it done or what he thought; Sami will tell Stefano in a heartbeat that she’s fully behind EJ and his decisions, and she’ll choose EJ over him any day, and that her [Sami] & EJ will decide how things are and how things go without any orders or interference from him at all. Nicole will just be the watered downed and pathetic weak boring door mat with nothing to do or say and just coward and slink down to their every command and whim. Sami stands up as the Queen! And no one does it better than Samantha Brady DiMera!!! Can’t even hold a candle to her! Not even on her level! She controls and rules everything within the mansion and family and they love it and love that about her.
Nicole does nothing but hold EJ down and hold him back. And just pathetically cowards and slinks behind and becomes a boring robot just to “try” so hard to fit…when she’s so far out of place and over her head and itsn’t herself or what she wants and isn’t what she wants to be or be around at all! Sami allows EJ to stand up and move forward and take control himself and his way!
And someone said a few posts up and such that they laugh so hard at the idea of Sami & EJ EJAMI!!!!! being perfect for each other and then went into their biased crap of why they aren’t and all that. First off, that just goes to show such new viewers and such, and viewers that don’t KNOW this show AT ALL and don’t know the Sami Brady character AT ALL or the EJ character AT ALL or their story and such. People just spout their biased and hypocritical crap and think its golden and that it works. When you don’t know the first thing that happened or that takes place between these two and their story, when you don’t know the first thing about Sami Brady at all! And when you don’t know the first thing about EJ at all! These people will say and do anything just to keep them apart. You’ll throw EJ, and You’ll throw Sami with anyone just to be biased and keep them apart. And as you can see it still doesn’t work. They’re wonderful and great together and always have and always will belong together no matter what!!!

I didn’t watch the show at all last year, after they messed with Sami & EJ again and their 2nd wedding together, after they ruined that for Sami & EJ…and then immediately placing her with Rafe and EJ with that dreadful and gawd-awful and boring Nicole [when she's with him.] I didn’t watch any of that and anything after Sami & EJ took their vows together! LOVED IT!! And no way was I going to watch ANY of Sami with Rafe or EJ with Nicole mess and garbage! Uggghhh! So BORING and so not what I want or wanted to watch or see AT ALL ever!!
Nicole works greatly and is fun with Brady and belongs there with him, always has. And I agree with someone above that said they need to bring back the love of Nicole’s life, Sami’s twin brother Eric Brady! Tons of viewers, including Arianne Zucker herself, have been waiting for a Brady/Nicole/Eric Brady story! Arianne Zucker wants Eric Brady back for Nicole as well. I’ve been waiting for a Brady/Nicole/Eric Brady story for a long time! Those are her men and who she belongs with and where she belongs. Nicole doesn’t want to just be some bad girl with no direction and no point or purpose in life, other than to just satisfy some people’s bluntly biasism and craziness and just use her to keep Sami & EJ apart and such. As a fan of Nicole, I don’t want her anywhere near, around, or with EJ EVER! As a fan of EJ since the moment he came to Salem, EJ doesn’t want, doesn’t love, and doesn’t care about anyone but Sami and their family. He’ll charm and spout all this crap to other women all day long, just to save face and to get back at Sami and play their little games together, but at the end of the day he’d do and drop everything and everyone for his children and Sami!
Nicole belongs with Eric Brady or Brady Black. The woman wants to be something more and something else, then just half of you all’s little game piece to keep her involved in things that aren’t right for her and that is truly not her at all. Nicole isn’t just some bad girl and schemer and just be background and stand there behind EJ and say nothing, kind of character, that’s not Nicole. I don’t want her just around EJ, just to appease people that she’ll just sit there like a bumb-on-the-log and do and say nothing and of course just use her to keep EJ & SAMI apart and such. Nicole is fitted for, better, and a mixture and more of a depth character, interesting, and fun when she’s with Brady and Eric Brady. I love Brady & Nicole and Eric & Nicole!
And Sami has never been the person for Rafe. I LAUGH INCREDIBLY & TREMENDOUSLY hard at people that bullsh*t!! LOL!!!!! Being the Sami fan that I am and have been for yeeeeaaarrss! The moment that bullsh*t started it was all wrong. Sami is no goody-goody saint, that is just a disgrace and dis-service to her character altogether. She’s not that, wasn’t meant to be that, and wasn’t built up written to be what those previous writers that just got fired did to her.
People, and definitely Sami fans, weren’t interested in watching her do that and be something she’s not like that. That’s just terrible what those recent previous writers did to my Sami G. and stripped her of who she is, and turned her into some boring, whinny, weak, needy, and pathetic type of character…and completely just changed everything about her and who SHE is just to stick her with Rafe.
That was horrible and no way was I ever going to watch Sami be that and whither away to nothingness like that! It was terrible to see her that way and to see her with Rafe. Because that’s not who Sami is AT ALL!
Rafe is way more of a Carrie Brady and Belle type. He’s definitely NOT a Sami type AT ALL. It doesn’t fit, it doesn’t work, and it makes no sense at all with those two. No chemistry and nothing there, same thing with EJ anywhere around Nicole or with her…makes absolutely no sense at all and doesn’t work for either character or the audience in general. No chemistry, no nothing there at all, not even a story there. Just doesn’t work. Sami has done nothing but always dupe Rafe and lie to him about everything, and tell her side of things…but never the truth of things, from day one that she met the dude, and she just wrangled him in to HER selfish benefits, scheme, and games. Not for Rafe’s benefit at all. He’s just a extra in her games. No Rafe fan or Sami fan would want them together. That’s just ridiculous. They don’t fit or match in anyway or on any level! Both of them completely change who they are and change themselves to be with the other. Rafe lies and covers up crimes of hers…and that’s not who Rafe is and that’s not what he wants to be doing or be involved in. And she completely becomes a weak, whinny, pathetic, and boring robot stepford person with him and that DEFINITELY isn’t anything that Sami is or has EVER been. Completely not her AT ALL!!
Rafe & Carrie fit way better, and makes way more sense together, and a way better match together! And I can’t wait to see the two of them together! That’s way better and more like it!
And can’t wait for Nicole to get back there with Brady and get into that whole Madison thing and what she’s all about and such. So, hopefully when Rafe and Nicole find out about this. Hopefully Rafe will finally get to be with the woman and type that is right for him and fits for him and who he is…Carrie Brady. And Nicole will FINALLY wise up and see that she’s not the one and will never be the one and that Brady was ABSOLUTELY right the entire time, and is the one that truly loves her, cares about her, appreciates her, and truly wanted her and wanted to be with her and that he’s been absolutely right this entire time and hopefully Nicole will be smart and get her man Brady back! OMG!!!! The promo of EJami having hot passionate love on the dresser then the couch sent me running to the television to see the entire episode. I stopped watching Days of Our Lives because I got tired of EJ and Nicole and Sami and Rafe. Both Sami and Nicole are “good to be bad” ladies and their respective men compliment their vibrant personalities. Brady brings out the best in Nicole and allows her to be herself and EJ has always accepted Sami for who she truly is both good and bad and has never tried to make her change. I love the chemistry and tension that charges up any scene EJami is. Take this story further and hopefully to the inevitable….Sami and EJ finally together with no tricks or outside influences.
I have been a faithful viewer of DOOL for over 40 years but as of now i am walking away from the show. I have been through the highs and the lows with this show but after watching that most degrading, disgusting scene between Sami and Ej, a man who has raped her, hurt her family in so many ways , kidnapped her daughter and most recently replaced her husband with a fake , i cannot support such garbage . Those scenes were not believable and i personally don’t understand why the writers went that route . I really thought these writers were going to bring back the good old days but was i ever wrong.If the writers continue with this , you can kiss this show good-bye.

Bravo for the writers to finally give Ejami a CHANCE. No other writing regime has ever had the courage to look at the full history of these two characters and write them a story.
In good FICTIONAL writing a writer pays very close attention to a character and their history. In the previous writing team that was thrown out the window. NEVER was the back history of Rafe ever written. There has been no angst for the pairing of Safe except for now and I say THANK YOU! The character of Rafe is so one dimensional BUT the history and character of Sami is multi layered, well that is until last year.
Ratings speak volumes people and over the past year of Safe and Ejole the ratings have plummeted and have kept the show in LAST place, what does that say about the stories being told? It says that people do NOT want to watch it they want to be ENTERTAINED and they were NOT being entertained over this period of time.
The new writing regime has taken that into consideration because I am SURE that they all want to KEEP their jobs so they have to change and or RESET how the show has been written because it has been a failure over the past year in accordance to their ratings. So, now they have to actually write something that people WANT to turn their TV’s and or DVR’s on for and again that is NOT the pairings that have been together over this past year, something different has to be written, hence the stories involving Ejami because they have NEVER been given a chance.
Loved it! Sami actually showed signs of life not just in the sex scenes but also the entire week previously and I haven’t seen that from her in a very, very long time. She only does that with and around EJ. More EJami please!!
Sorry DOOL fans. But it seems to me that the writers have really nothing to write about. It is the same old story line. As they say history repeats itself. I have not watch DOOL for 6 weeks. It seems I’m really not missing anything. Sorry for all you fans who think this is a great story line. It’s not remember this is TV LAND!!! I can write and think a whole lot better. Glad I’m not watching anymore. And if I do decide to start watching again. I’m sure I will not need to play catch up, since the story lines are from the past with different players.
This should have been a happy week for Rafe and Sami their first anniversary, instead they give us a useless S/L like John, Marlena, and Sami that won’t go anywhere because viewers want new and improved not old and haggard S/L’s… Stefano never got Marlena and Ej will never have Sami. Rafe and Sami have made it very clear that they LOVE each other over the last 5 years…why would Sami settle for dog food when she has Rafe. The ratings are showing this for a sweeps month. When I heard about this S/L I stopped watching and I have been watching since I was a teen but this was the last straw so bye DAYS!
Guys we’ve been in the Sami / Rafe era for the past TWO YEARS. Rafe and the Passions crew is what TANKED THE SHOW. (With the exception of Eric M who still needs a decent storyline). You know what happened to Passions right? The writers had to up the ante and using EJ and Sami was a very wise choice. People are TALKING about this show….people are WATCHING this show. They have amazing chemistry – I for one love watching it.
Some of you people think EJ and Sami have been what brought the ratings down over the past few years? Are you kidding me? Safe and Ejole have been what has been shoved down the viewers throats! People get it through your heads, these two couples are not working!!!!! The only reason you can blame Ejami for ratings dropping is the fact that their fans left the show when the Safe love fest and the shooting was forced on us. You are so freaking spoiled, things didnt go great for your chosen couples for a week and you are throwing a fit? Grow up! And I for one watch a soap opera for drama, if everything is perfect why watch? I have been bored to tears by Safe and Ejole for two long. I was over the moon when I was told that we were getting Ejami scenes. Thats what brought this viewer back. I hope the ratings show that it brought lots of people back.
Why is everyone freaking out over this? Oh, I know, because these writers actually have the balls to give the audience an EJ and Sami love affair. They are not afraid of the haters. They know whats going to bring in the ratings. Ejole and Safes, your reign of terror is coming to an end, along with the low ratings. And I for one couldn’t be happier.
I watch days for the storylines, i don’t have a favorite couple but i will say that i don’t get why people want Sami and EJ together. I see absolutely no chemistry beyween them, when i see them together all i see is Ej obsessing over Sami and Sami with nothing but hatred for Ej. With all the abuse that they have done to each other , personally i would not want them together. I want to see a couple together because they truly love each other, no lies , manipulations, or abuse. You ladies talk about Safe being a snore or bore whatever you call them , i don’t see them that way, i see them as a couple who got together out of love, no lies , abuse or manipulations and thats how couples should get together. All couples are going to have angst, thats apart of the show , the writers need to get back to family values and great story telling. This latest attempt to try and get ratings with the sex scene just may backfire on them , I know i didn’t watch it , it’s just something i don’t want to watch , doesn’t matter who the people invovled are.
They both had disgusted looks on their faces. That is NOT love!!! EJ & Sami do not belong together. I don’t see anything great about them. I watch DOOL to escape for love & romance. I don’t want to watch a woman being abused & pushed around. I understand that abuse happens and it is a disgusting act by itself. Hey, if what appeared to be dry humping gets your juices flowing, that’s your business. Frankly, I’ve seen hotter sex scenes on ABC family. However, we were promised family values, the good guys winning and the bad guys getting their due and I feel completely lied to by the writers. I don’t think that its any coupling that is bringing down the ratings but the character of ej himself. there are characters that people love to hate but ej isn’t one of them. His character sucks at life. He isn’t even good at being a bad guy. all of his plans blow up in his face. He has never accomplished anything except planting his gross seed by raping a brady. Will’s coming out because of seeing his mother being used like a rag doll and this (360degree) turn around in history was a terrible idea. The writers had it right at the beginning with Sonny coming to town and the idea of them getting together in a mature slow way would have been a good thing for those fans who are older and don’t like the idea of Will being gay. But now this, a real slap in the face to them.
To this once Sami fan now i hate her. She’s a messed up fool who just can’t get it right. Rafe deserves better and i hope he finds someone who will appreciate his kindness and compassion.
As far as Ej is concerned i hope something really bad happens to him soon. Because i know for certain, he will blackmail Sami and/or use this against her someday and to be honest, i don’t care anymore.
EJ and Sami are interesting characters, and together they are a such a force, their chemistry is off the charts. I have wanted them together since day one. And those of you who say the ratings show that the two of them as a couple never work, tell me, when were they ever given a chance as a couple? Never. Not even with the almost wedding, KC had made it known from the begining that it was not going to happen, and EJ and Sami fans gave up. They left the show. Why watch when they knew it was only to pimp a Safe reunion. A Safe reunion which has not worked. People do not like Safe. They are boring! What has gotten people talking about Days again? Ejami scenes. You Ejami haters are giving them buzz, so guess what, when we get our EJ and Sami love affair, we could give you guys some thanks for it. Keep spreading the hate. Hell, I think it works. People were spreading hate for Ejole and Safe for years and you got your couples.

I loved loved loved EJ & Sami on Monday’s episode. They have such chemistry and passion together.
I loved the scenes on Friday and Monday with Ejami. They have the hottest, natural chemistry I have ever seen in a couple. The camera work was wonderful how it zoomed into their faces filled with anguish and ecstasy at the same time…each one feeling for the pain for the loss of their son and comforting each other in their sorrow. I love Ejami and hope this is a s/l that leads them to the love story of a lifetime.

I absolutely LOVE the EJami love scenes. It is long overdue & they were very well done. I think EJ & Sami deserve a chance to be together and clearly you could see they have deep underlying/repressed feelings for one another from those very hot and steamy sex scenes. They were clearly expressing their grief & sadness thru there love for one another and “the possible loss of their only son” Johnny. EJ and Sami have this very natural & expressive way of being with one another, that I don’t see with their current pairings. I am so happy that the writers & tptb are finally giving this stellar couple their chance! I eagerly await to see what happens next and I am really looking forward to watching Days and EJami!

Watching last weeks stellar scenes with Ali and James, just brought back the reasons why I just know with all my heart that the Ejami story is where the heart lies. It pulled on my heart strings, with such raw emotion that evokes through their unbeatable chemistry!! I just hope these writers realize how special, and dynamic Ej and Sami are together and yes they can actually be themselves together, compliment and bring out the best in each other together.

I’m an EJAMI fan through and through so I’m very pleased to find that the new writers appear to recognize the potential of this pairing! They sizzle whenever they’re on screen…particularly when they’re alone. Clearly, as shown in this particular episode, their true feelings are never far from the surface. Why did Sami run to EJ in her most desperate hour? Why did they cling to each other in their grief? Because that’s what soul mates do. Thank you, writers, for understanding that.
Loving the show again! The writers did what I felt was the impossible and that’s make me fall in love with Days and soaps in general again. After watching up to the lead in on this Scandalous Affair I dediced to watch Y&R and One Life. I know I will continue to watch Days because the performances given by Chandler, James and Alison went beyond superb and spectacular, Mondays episode is so going to be Days Emmy Reel.
Finally! I’m one of the DOOL fans who has taken a long break from Days out of boredom. Thanks to the buzz all over the internet, I tuned in this past Monday! All I can say is WOW! Such raw emotion and great acting! Sure it was VERY hard to watch, because it was so deep and real! Sami has never let herself be who she is–she runs from it and continually wants the “perfect life”, a life she is not able to fit into neatly. Sami and EJ are two of a kind–they BOTH are bad and they “get” that about each other. Sami has tried over and over to fit into her dream romance with Austin, Lucas, and now Rafe (I do think Brandon sort of got Sami). However, in a moment of grief and loss, she needed EJ and he needed her. No, I probably would not have “grief sex” myself, but I’m not a hot-blooded passionate fiery woman like Sami–but I love her for that! Unpredictable, messy, fiery–that’s Sami Brady. And EJ is her match.
Neither Sami nor Ej meant to do what they did. It wasn’t a pre-planned tryst, if they could have controlled it they would have, but their emotions were on overdrive and their logic was asleep.
I want to applaud the writers for “going there”. They had to know there would be a backlash because those scenes were too real and too powerful. They weren’t the typical Scooby-Doo stuff we’ve grown accustomed to where we roll our eyes and comment about the stupidity of it all.
Not everyone will like everything on a soap. Don’t get me wrong, I like a good Cinderella story as well as the next person, but I don’t want to watch an hour of it every day. I want the dark stuff, I want the complicated, I want it all.
I am standing up and applauding for one of the best scenes I’ve had the pleasure to watch. No words were needed, the writers trusted their actors and more importantly their audience to know what was going on without having anyone tell us. That showed respect for intelligence on a soap that has disrespected it’s audience for years, treating us as horses who will drink out of whatever trough they’ve chosen for us and if we don’t like it, we will poison the alternative until there’s only one trough left.
Wow! The pure power of those scenes between EJ and Sami scenes over last week and early this week-just amazing. Writing, acting, and production came together in a spectacular way for some of the most emotional and riveting scenes that I’ve seen since I started watching soaps in the early 1980s. Given the passionate and impulsive natures of Sami and EJ, as well as the context of their complicated and unresolved past, their grief was well-played and the sex was well-within the realm of possibilities for both of them. James Scott and Alison Sweeney were outstanding. This is truly drama at its best! I’m excited to see how this all plays out for them as characters and hoping that this means that the multitude of unresolved issues between EJ and Sami are going to be dealt with so that they can finally get a real chance at being a couple. With this and the many other interesting stories that are starting to take off, it’s a good time to be a Days viewer and fan!
Days really excelled with the Ejami scenes. James Scott and Alison Sweeney brought such raw emotion, skill, dynamic chemistry and awesome heart stopping interactions. Immensely enjoyed these scenes. Congratulations all involved. Writers keep up with the ejami story it is so entertaining.

EJ and Sami have been butting heads and they are so much alike and they know pain and deceit and really deep down good for each otther they have children and maybe more on the way and Rafe is just so so so boring for Sami and Sami could and will change EJ EJ really isn’t Sterphano he does have feeelings and is adamant and protective about his family as Samantha EJ really isn’t as bad as he portrays to be Sami and EJ have a great connection and chemistry won’t it be interesting how they finally become one EJ and Sami it will have a long painful exciting complex journey Nicole let go and MOve on like you intended and build your life and your own new family and leave Sami’s alone
Sami Brady and EJ DiMera are fascinating fictional characters. The angst in their relationship is what makes them unique. They are not supposed to be the second coming of Bo & Hope or a 21st century answer to June and Ward Cleaver. That is not who they are or who they ever will be.Whether EJ & Sami are at odds, arguing, reconciling, commiserating or in a passionate embrace, they get one another on every level that is important to them. And that is what makes them intriguing to follow.

Some of you who are angry about the last ten years of crap story lines don’t understand that those writers just got fired! It is going to take months to rearrange and fix years of horrible story telling! In that unfortunate mix was Sami and EJ and they had amazing chemistry but the previous writers wreaked havoc with those characters! I for one want them together and if it takes a night of angry sex to get them back together great! Rafe is not a good fit for her. Sami was and always will be a wild card that’s how the old writers created her and this new Sami goes against her true nature. I don’t want Carrie with Rafe because that story lines been done. Ej and Sami need to be together. They have super couple potential.
About TIME! The Days powers to be have wasted too many years…. Ejami is end game and should have been together way before now. They add so much more excitement to the show. No other couple come close to matching their love, passion and chemistry. The majority of the audience want Ejami… and it is always confirmed over and over again. I mean when it got out Ejami were going to have an affair the viewer ratings for Days that week shot up on TV and the internet. James and Alison jumped to number 1 actors for male and female. I reckon Days needs to wake up and give Ejami there time in the sun. Drop the boring Ejami sideshows (Rafe and Nicole) and get on with it. We the audience are so craving and longing for it. PLEASE bring this couple together at long last 100% in love and committed to each other and their family!
PS: Wouldn’t it be wonderful if after all this time Allie ended up being EJs as well. Lets face it EJ has always treated Allie as his and has been there for her from day 1. EJ has been more of a father to her than Lucas ever has.
PPS: As for Rafe…. they need to introduce us to his long lost love Emily. She needs to be risen from the dead alive and well somewhere. It will had much needed depth to Rafes character and open up his mysterious past to us. And as if I suspect… along with Emily, there will be a love child of theirs out there somewhere too! Emily’s character would add so much more value to the show than say Maddison’s has.
As for Nicole… she needs to go back to Brady. I love them together. Bricole have the history and have been in each others orbit for decades. I would SO love to see Bricole have a child together. Keeps them connected for life and will add a new side of Brady that we haven’t seen. Bricole are always so much fun together.
It’s just a soap opera people. Don’t worry, story lines change very fast on this show. The only thing that is irresponsible of the writers to do is to glamorize rape. It’s a dangerous message to society to show a woman willing to marry, or falling in love with a man who raped her.

Love is nothing when you have find your soul mate and that person makes you good and bad want to be a better peron that is Sami and EJ Dimera, two lost souls that were meant to be together.
