Former Days of Our Lives star Matt Cedeno (ex-Brandon) is heading to primetime. According to deadline.com, Cedeno has landed a recurring role on Lifetime's upcoming series Devious Maids.
The new dramedy from Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry centers around the lives of five Beverly Hills housekeepers played by Ana Ortiz, Dania Ramirez, Judy Reyes and Roselyn Sanchez.
Cedeno will play Alejandro Reyes, a successful recording artist who returns home after three months on tour and just wants to kick back and relax by the pool.
Devious Maids stars a slew of soap alumni, including Susan Lucci (ex-Erica, All My Children), Grant Show (ex-Jake, Melrose Place) and Brianna Brown (ex-Lisa, General Hospital).
The series is set to premiere sometime in 2013.
