An intriguing tweet has got daytime fans speculating that Darin Brooks could be returning to Days of Our Lives.
Brooks, who played Caroline and Shawn's adopted son, Max Brady, from 2005 to 2009 and briefly in 2010, recently posted: "To DAYS or not to DAYS...that is the question... ; )" The message has since disappeared from his Twitter feed.
When last seen in Salem, Max was headed to London to join his girlfriend, Chelsea, who had moved there to take care of her mother, Billie. At the time, Billie was convalescing from a car accident.
Of course, Billie, who resurfaced in Salem earlier this year, is now fully recovered, which means there's no reason for Max or Chelsea to remain in England.
With Peter Reckell gone as Bo, the timing seems right to bring back other members of the Brady clan. And Brooks and Rachel Melvin (ex-Chelsea) would be perfect additions to the show's younger cast. Remember, Abigail was not only Chelsea's best friend, but she also had a huge crush on Max.
Brooks was last seen on Spike TV's Blue Mountain State. Melvin has guest starring on prime time since leaving Days.

Chad completely sours DOOL !! I mute his every scene.Eileen Davidson (Kristin) needs to go back off the show,as she adds absolutley nothing to the show.Who wants to sit and watch her worn into Marlena & Johns relationship! They are faves of everyone,and alot of us would hate seeing them be split up or off the show. I agree Lucas should have more air time,and EJ out of the picture for good as well.

john and marlena are soooooooo BORING. wish they would never have come back. Lucas and Chad need storylines. Give them some women, something. More airtime. They just pop up once a month for coffee. What the hell? They’re being wasted.
