Former DAYS star Eric Winter (ex-Rex Brady) married Roselyn Sanchez at the historic San Cristobal fort in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Saturday, November 29, according to
Soap Opera Digest and numerous other sources. The couple had been engaged for nearly a year after Eric had reportedly popped the question during a winter holiday in 2007 while the couple was vacationing near Puerto Rico.
As fans may recall, Eric Winter portrayed Rex Brady on DAYS from 2002 until 2005. Since his departure, Eric has kept very busy making numerous guest appearances on shows and appeared in the 2008 movie Harold & Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay. He currently has a recurring role on ABC's Brothers & Sisters as Jason McCallister. His bride stars on CBS's Without a Trace as Elena Delgado.
Some of the celebrity guests in attendance for the ceremony included Eva Longoria Parker (ex-Isabella, Y&R), Jennifer Morrison (House M.D.), and Roselyn's Without a Trace co-stars Eric Close, Poppy Montgomery, and Enrique Murciano. Additionally, former DAYS star Matt Cedeno (ex-Brandon Walker) was reportedly Eric's co-best man.
The couple are planning to honeymoon in the Mayan Rivera. Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes go out to Eric Winter and his new beautiful bride!
