Bo and Hope continue their romantic carriage ride outside and share a kiss or two. We see a 1984 flashback of the happy couple taking a carriage ride near Oak Alley Plantation in New Orleans. They arrive at St. Lukes, where Hope admits that hes taken her breath away just like he did in New Orleans all those years ago. Bo says he knew shed be his forever back in New Orleans and vows that nothing will ever come between them again. A mesmerized Hope feels like shes in a dream and shes going to wake up any second. Hope Williams Brady, will you marry me again? he proposes as he gets on one knee. Hope says yes and is touched that he planned all of this for the two of them. Bo opens the doors and Hope is surprised to find friends and family standing at the altar, including Doug, Julie, Mickey, Maggie Steve, Kayla, Roman, Kate, Chelsea, Daniel, Caroline, Victor, and of course Ciara.
Bo and Hopes loved ones take their seats as Bo thanks everyone for coming by and being a part of their special day. He wishes Shawn, Belle, and Claire could be there, but reads the highlights of their letter. He recalls going through a terrible ordeal not so long ago and almost losing his life. He made a vow not to take anything for granted, which is why they are there today to celebrate what he and Hope have found together. Hope declares that shes never been more ready for anything.
Hope hands her smiling daughter a bouquet of flowers as Doug and Caroline preside over the happy affair. Doug recalls how he once thought so many years ago that Bo was too much of a rebel to be trusted with his little girl. Caroline jokes how Bo is still a bit of a rebel. Doug recounts how Bo actually kidnapped Hope from her wedding and whisked her away on a stolen motorcycle (back in 1984). We see a brief flashback of this. He admits that theres a heck of a lot more to Bo than he ever realized possible. And the rest is history, chuckles Caroline. Steve and Kayla come up to the front to speak next. Kayla says how each of Bo and Hopes weddings came with a different set of circumstances. But one things never changed. The way you feel about each other, adds Steve. They proceed to go way back and reflect on special memories from their past. Steve brings up Oak Alley Plantation, where they had their first wedding even though it wasnt legal. We are treated to another 1984 flashback when Bo and Hope had their first wedding and Bo pledged how much he loved Hope. I promise to love you and take care of you, and give myself to you without holding back, he professed. A younger Hope professed how much she loved him as well, and was so proud to stand beside him.
Kayla recalls how Bo and Hope finally tied the knot for real in England. We see a flashback of the 1985 wedding in England, where Bo professed to love Hope and vice versa. Mommy, did you look like a princess? asks Ciara, which make everyone chuckle. You bet she did. She still does, answers Bo before he kisses his bride. Kayla reflects on how her brother took his bride and Shawn D. and sailed off into the sunset. We see a 1987 flashback of Bo and Hope taking off to sail around the world with Steve and Kayla waving good-bye to them. Kayla recalls how they returned, to everyones delight. We see a 2000 flashback of when Zack was born and Bo recited his vows. Hes with us, in our hearts. He always will be, assures Hope in regards to Zack. Steve and Kayla recalls how Bo and Hope had a beautiful, romantic Christmas Eve wedding later that year. We see a brief flashback to this event, where a teary-eyed Bo professed to love her. Hope looked like a princess as she professed her eternal love. Back to reality, Hope admits to Bo that loving him has made her more able to love, more willing to give, and profoundly grateful for a chance to spend all the days of her life loving him and their children. Everyone applauds as the happy couple share a kiss.
Caroline then has something from Grandma Alice to recite, which she recited to Tom every year on their anniversary and was first read at their wedding. True loves the gift which God hath given to man alone, beneath the heaven. The silver link, the silver tide, which heart-to-heart and mind-to-mind, in body and soul combined, she recites. Bo and Hope thank her. Doug announces that its time for the bride and groom to restate their vows. Bo implores Hope to go first. Hope expresses how she cant believe that twenty-four years have gone by. She professes that she looks into his eyes and still sees the man she fell helplessly in love with as a girl. The man who never fails to surprise me, even now. The man who still makes my heart flutter with just a look, or a touch, she adds. She expresses how he drives her absolutely crazy, but its one of the reasons she fell in love with him. An emotional Hope expresses how hes her hero, and he always has been. She professes to stand by her soul mate, her partner, and her husband. I love you Brady, she whispers before kissing him. Bo professes how he wants only Hope, and needs only her. He is grateful that shes still by his side, knowing how thats not always easy to do. Doug stands up and announces that Bo and Hope will now repeat the exchange of their wedding bands. Hope whispers to Bo that she doesnt have hers anymore. Yes you do, Bo assures her as he pulls a wedding band out of his pocket.
