There is a severe snow and ice storm in Salem. Sami, Brandon and Lucas are driving back from the justice of the peace when they skid off the road and into a snow bank. Brandon hits his head again and is a little woozy.

Shawn and Belle are rushed to the ER in critical condition after being caught in the burning barn. Shawn and Belle share a mutual out-of-body experience. They pull through to the relief of worried friends and family. Mimi goes to thank the EMT who saved them and learns Shawn and Belle's bodies were found together, wrapped in each other's naked arms.
