Here's an Updated List of Comings and Goings for DAYS!



  • Several beloved DAYS stars from the past are returning in May for Alice Horton's tribute, including Jaime Lyn Bauer (Laura Horton), Christie Clark (Carrie Brady Reed), Bryan Dattilo (Lucas Horton), Maree Cheatham (Marie Horton), Roark Critchlow (Dr. Mike Horton), Patsy Pease (Kimberly Brady), Lisa Trusel (Melissa Horton), Mary Beth Evans (Kayla Brady Johnson), Melissa Reeves (Jennifer Horton Devereaux), and Charles Shaughnessy (Shane).   • Update: Melissa Reeves has posted on her Facebook page that her first airdate back as Jennifer will be Wednesday, June 9.

  • Daytime Emmy nominee Arleen Sorkin is returning to the show as Calliope for a brief run in May. Read more

  • John Callahan is returning as Dr. Richard Baker. His first airdate is Thursday, April 22. Read more.

  • Robert Costanzo portrays the motel clerk on Thursday, April 22.

  • Henri D. Franklin, the winner of the talent search conducted in Detroit in November 2009, portrays Nurse Greg beginning Wednesday, April 21. He is in scenes with Vivian, Chloe, and Stephanie.

  • Stan Abe portrays Dr. Yang on Wednesday, April 21.

  • Janice Ann Johnson portrayed Mrs. Martin, a hospital patient who Nathan and Melanie tend to, on Friday, April 16.

  • Lauren Sanchez portrayed Cece Chavez, a Titan TV reporter who meets up with Arianna and Nicole, on Thursday, April 15 and on Friday, April 16.

  • Erik David portrayed Aaron, who interacted with Stephanie and Nathan, on Friday, April 9.

  • Daytime Emmy nominated actress Jessica Tuck joined the cast as Chad's mother, Madeline Peterson Woods. Her first airdate was on Wednesday, April 7. (Read more).

    • Vincent Rivara portrayed Ricardo on Friday, April 2.
    • Carmen Mormino returned as Benny, Anna's employee, on Thursday, April 1.
    • Cary Brayboy portrayed Officer Conway beginning on Wednesday, March 31.
    • Donnell Turner portrayed Dr. Williams on Tuesday, March 30.
  • Vincent Rivera portrayed Ricardo on Friday, March 26.

  • Sonalii Castillo portrayed Paca on Thursday, March 25.

  • Soap Opera Digest is reporting that Daytime Emmy Award-winning actress Judi Evans is returning to DAYS as Adrienne Johnson Kiriakis. She will reunite with Wally Kurth (Justin), whom she hasn't worked with since 1991. The February 23, 2010 issues of Soap Opera Digest and Soap Opera Weekly report that Evans will return in late March in a recurring capacity.

    Update: Judi Evans returned as Adrienne on Tuesday, March 23.


  • Taylor Spreitler has been let go as Mia McCormick. Read more.

  • According to the March 9, 2010 issue of Soap Opera Digest, Daytime Emmy nominee Peter Reckell (Bo) will be sidelined for approximately one month, even though he's right in the middle of a frontburner storyline with Hope and Carly. A setsider quotes that "he was in danger of going over his guarantee of episodes and they didn't want to pay him more." Bo will reportedly leave town to visit family. Will he visit Chelsea in London perhaps? Rest assured, Bo will be back!

    Update: Peter Reckell will be gone for three weeks after Wednesday, April 7, when Bo heads to Los Angeles to help his ailing sister Kimberly, who is in need of a bone marrow transplant.

  • Stuart Damon wrapped up his short stint as Governor Jim Ford on Thursday, March 26.
