Rafe summons Hilda to watch Sami while he spies on E.J. Sami escapes to the convent after Hilda passes out from her cold medicine. Rafe listens in on a conversation between Julie, Hope, and E.J. Brady brings Nicole back to the mansion.

Melanie applies for an administrative assistant position online. Philip refuses to hire Melanie. Maggie agrees to let Melanie stay with her temporarily. Chelsea and Melanie fight. John agrees to one session with a psychiatrist.

Brady rushes Nicole to a clinic after she has cramping and hemorrhaging. Nicole goes into pre-term labor. Kate is released from the hospital and Daniel brings her to the pub. E.J. and Stefano head to Argentina.

John hires Steve to find the mayor's killer, which doesn't please Kayla. The killer threatens Marlena and demands information about Sami. John comes to Marlena's rescue and pulls a gun on the killer.

Abe offers Bo the police commissioner job, and Bo accepts. Nicole is accosted by female inmates in the hospital prison ward. E.J. comes to Nicole's rescue and brings her back to her jail cell.
