Former Days of Our Lives star Charles Shaughnessy (ex-Shane Donovan) will appear on Jeopardy! Million Dollar Celebrity Invitational Thursday, February 18. Charles will be competing with Chris Matthews and David Duchovny as they compete to raise funds for their special causes. Charles will be playing for his charity, the 1736 Family Crisis Center. He was the Jeopardy! celebrity champion back in 1995 and defeated David Duchovny, Noah Wylie, and Lynn Redgrave, winning $30,000 for charity.
Longtime DAYS fans recall that Charles Shaughnessy portrayed the dashing ISA agent Shane Donovan from 1984 until 1992. His character was paired with Kimberly Brady, and they became one of the most popular pairings in the history of DAYS. Charles briefly returned to the role in 2002 when Hope was kidnapped by Larry Welch.

Frances was the greatest she was like a “gram” to me I have watch Days ever since it came on tv, Alice Horton needs a great show to honor her. We love Alice & Tom it was hard to lose him but this touches my heart I just loss my mom 09-11-2010 so for the family and friends of Frances my prayers are with you. Just know she made us happy and made Days famous for her donuts.
